Reservations and Payment
Deposit or full payment is required at time of booking. Reservations are accepted on a first come, first served basis. No reservation can be confirmed without the required deposit. Ask your Boscov's Travel Consultant for a brochure of your planned holiday.

Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation penalties apply and vary according to the type of trip that you have booked. The penalties are detailed on the trip flyer. Ask your Boscov's Travel Consultant for details.

Documentation
Your Boscov's Travel Consultant will advise you of the necessary identification/citizenship/visa requirements for your chosen tour.

Trip Cancellation Insurance
This insurance is recommended and available through your travel agent at a nominal cost. This policy provides reimbursement, up to the policy limit, for non-refundable arrangements if you must cancel or interrupt your trip for one of the following reasons occurring to you or an immediate family member: death; accidental bodily injuries; sickness or disease that first manifests itself after the date of application. Trip cancellation insurance coverage is subject to certain limitations, including pre-existing medical conditions. Such insurance coverage is also subject to the client's obligation to provide all information and documents required by the insurance company. Boscov's Travel shall not be liable for any penalties incurred by client's cancellation of trip. Full details and insurance application will be given on request.

Conditions and Responsibilities
Boscov's Travel, in arranging accommodations and other services in connection with this program, does so as an agent for the client desiring travel accommodations upon the express condition and agreement that it shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, irregularity, or expense arising from the use of any travel facilities, accommodations, or services provided in connection with such client's travel plan, nor for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, irregularity, or expense arising from strikes, war, weather, quarantine, sickness, government restrictions, or regulations, or from any act or omission of any individual firm or corporation furnishing transportation, sightseeing, hotel accommodations, or any other services in connection with such a travel plan, or for any other cause beyond its own control. Acceptance of any travel plan or service by individual constitutes acceptance of this limitation of liability.
